Panner Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of panner
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the panner and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
4. Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
5. Place the slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
6. Top each slice of bread with the panner and onion mixture.
7. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the panner is heated through, about 3 minutes per side.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
