Creamy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 2 cups of uncooked white rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups of water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, uncooked rice, diced onion, cream of mushroom soup, and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
6. Serve and enjoy!
