Cheesy Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- 1/2 cup of cooked rice
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup of minced beef

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the onion, mushrooms, garlic, and tomato paste and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the cream cheese, grated cheese, cooked rice, cucumber, and minced beef and stir until combined.

5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until everything is combined.

6. Serve the cheesy chicken and mushroom pasta warm. Enjoy!
