Paneer Peas Masala
Ingredients:
-1 cup peas
-1 cup paneer, cubed
-1 onion, chopped
-1 teaspoon cumin seeds
-1 teaspoon coriander powder
-1 teaspoon garam masala
-1 teaspoon red chilli powder
-1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
-1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
-1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
-2 tablespoons oil
-Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
5. Add the peas, paneer cubes, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and amchur powder.
6. Mix everything together and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add salt to taste and mix again.
8. Cook for a few more minutes until the peas and paneer are cooked through.
9. Serve hot with roti or rice. Enjoy!
