Garlic Chicken with Onions


- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the garlic and onion and cook until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chicken cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.

4. Stir in the parsley and cook for an additional minute.

5. Serve the garlic chicken with onions over cooked rice or pasta. Enjoy!
