Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked French fries
- 2 cups of cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and cook until it begins to soften, about 2 minutes.
3. Add the chicken and cook until it is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the French fries and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Push the ingredients to the side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.
6. Add the diced bread and stir to combine.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
