Mushroom and Onion Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 cup of diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt.
3. Add the mushrooms and onion to the skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until the yolks and whites are combined.
5. Pour the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
6. Cook the omelette for about 3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
7. Flip the omelette and cook for another 2 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
8. Serve the omelette hot with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
