Apple and Onion Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of uncooked white rice
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large apple, diced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.

2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Add the onion and apple and cook until the onion is translucent and the apple is tender, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.

7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
