Make Chicken and Rice Casserole
Chicken and Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 2 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup cooked beans
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion, diced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, eggs, tomatoes, potato, chicken, beans, milk, and onion. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown and center is set.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
