Tomato and Garlic Saute

Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened and lightly browned.

3. Add the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are softened.

4. Serve warm. Enjoy!
