Pork and Rice Stir Fry


-1 lb pork, cut into cubes
-1 cup uncooked white rice
-1 carrot, peeled and sliced
-1 onion, diced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-Salt and pepper to taste


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the pork cubes to the skillet and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.

3. Add the onion and carrot to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

4. Add the uncooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.

5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve the pork and rice stir fry hot. Enjoy!
