Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened.
3. Push the onion to the side of the skillet and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs until they are cooked through.
4. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
