Make Salami and Potato Frittata
Salami and Potato Frittata
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
- 1/2 cup of diced salami
- 1/2 cup of diced potatoes
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the diced potatoes, onion, and salami to the skillet and cook until the potatoes are tender and the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
5. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and season with salt and pepper.
7. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
