Bacon and Cheese Omelet

Ingredients:

-3 eggs
-1/4 cup shredded cheese
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
-1/4 cup diced tomato
-1/4 cup diced onion

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set, about 5 minutes.

3. Sprinkle the bacon, tomato, and onion over the top of the omelet. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.

4. Carefully fold the omelet in half and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the omelet is golden brown.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
