Bacon and Egg Breakfast Skillet
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bacon, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced bacon and cook until crisp, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the onion and tomato to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
3. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the eggs are set, about 3 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the cheese over the eggs and cook until melted, about 1 minute.
5. Serve the bacon and egg skillet warm. Enjoy!
