Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:

-1 lb spaghetti noodles
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-1/2 cup diced onion
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/4 teaspoon pepper
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
-1/2 cup tomato sauce

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook according to package instructions.

2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheese, pepper, and salt.

4. When the noodles are done cooking, drain them and add them to the skillet with the onion and garlic. Stir to combine.

5. Pour the egg mixture over the noodles and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the eggs are cooked.

6. Add the tomato sauce and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve the spaghetti carbonara warm. Enjoy!
