Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/2 lb. pork, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the pork cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine.

5. Add the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.

6. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.

7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
