Chicken and Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup cooked pasta
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the cooked rice and pasta and stir to combine.

5. Push the rice and pasta to the sides of the skillet, creating a well in the center.

6. Pour the beaten eggs into the center of the skillet and scramble until cooked through.

7. Mix the eggs into the rice and pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Serve hot. Enjoy!
