Chicken and Cheese Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
