Chocolate Chicken Fritters

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken into small cubes and place in a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, cocoa powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Add the egg mixture to the chicken and mix until the chicken is evenly coated.

4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of the pan.

5. When the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the chicken mixture into the pan and cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

6. Remove the fritters from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
