Diet Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, onion, tomato, and garlic.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.

4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
