Recipe Name: Onion and Potato Fritters

Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced onions, grated potatoes, wheat flour, rice flour, gram flour, and salt.
2. Gradually add water to the mixture and mix well to form a thick batter. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the pan to form small fritters.
5. Cook the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Once cooked, remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess moisture.
7. Serve the onion and potato fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
