Sadla Onion Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
2 cups sadla, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and onion and cook until the onion is softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the sadla and cook until it is lightly browned and tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
