Pumpkin and Onion Saute

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 small onion, chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups pumpkin, peeled and cubed

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the pumpkin cubes and season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the pumpkin is tender and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
