Spaghetti with Onion and Garlic
Ingredients:
-1 lb. spaghetti
-1 onion, diced
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, according to package instructions.
3. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the onion and garlic.
6. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot. Enjoy!
