Chilli Garlic Onion Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chilli pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the minced garlic and chilli pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve hot. Enjoy!
