Tomato Onion Garlic Saute
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes are softened and beginning to break down, about 10 minutes.
6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
