Make Onion Omelette

Onion Omelette

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of MSG

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, wheat flour, salt, and MSG until combined.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the diced onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened and lightly browned.

3. Reduce the heat to medium and add the egg mixture to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set.

4. Flip the omelette and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the eggs are cooked through.

5. Serve the omelette warm. Enjoy!
