Sauteed Chicken Livers

Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken livers
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are softened and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the chicken livers and season with salt and pepper.

4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the livers are cooked through, about 8 minutes.

5. Serve hot. Enjoy!
