Ingredients:
- 2 oranges
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step by Step Guide:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. Zest one orange and set aside the zest. Juice both oranges and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and shredded coconut.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the orange juice, until well combined.
7. Fold in the orange zest.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
