Overnight Oats with Peaches, Blueberries, and Walnuts

Ingredients:

-1 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup sliced peaches
-1/2 cup blueberries
-2 tablespoons raw honey
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/4 cup black walnuts, roughly chopped
-1 cup almond milk
-Pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, peaches, blueberries, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and walnuts.

2. Pour the almond milk into the bowl and stir to combine.

3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight.

4. In the morning, give the oats a stir and season with a pinch of salt.

5. Serve the oats in a bowl and enjoy!
