Pan-Seared Salmon with Green Beans

Ingredients:

-4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1 stalk celery, diced
-1/4 cup milk
-2 tablespoons soy sauce
-1 teaspoon ground paprika
-1 teaspoon ground garlic
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1/2 pound green beans, trimmed

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until the fish is cooked through.

3. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the celery to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add the milk, soy sauce, paprika, garlic, and lemon juice to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Add the green beans to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Return the salmon to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

8. Serve the salmon and green beans with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
