Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
2. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the egg and milk mixture. Whisk until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, pour the batter into the skillet and spread it out evenly.
4. Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the other side is lightly browned.
5. Serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
