Paneer Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:

- 3 tablespoons corn flour
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (maida, optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper powder
- 5 to 6 tablespoons water
- 200 grams cubed paneer

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, add the corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, red chilli powder, and pepper powder.

2. Pour in the water and mix until a batter is formed that is neither too thick nor too thin.

3. Add the cubed paneer to the batter and mix until the paneer is well-coated.

4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry until golden brown.

6. Remove the pakoras from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.

7. Serve the pakoras hot with your favorite chutney or sauce. Enjoy!
