Make Paneer Peas Masala

Paneer Peas Masala

Ingredients:

-1 cup paneer cubes
-1 cup frozen peas
-2 tomatoes, diced
-1 onion, diced
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon ginger, minced
-1 teaspoon cumin powder
-1 teaspoon coriander powder
-1 teaspoon garam masala
-1 teaspoon red chili powder
-1 tablespoon oil
-Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened and lightly browned.

3. Add the ginger and sauté for a minute.

4. Add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes until they are softened.

5. Add the cumin, coriander, garam masala, and red chili powder and cook for a few minutes.

6. Add the peas and paneer cubes and stir to combine.

7. Add salt to taste and cook for a few minutes until the peas are cooked through.

8. Serve hot with rice or roti. Enjoy!
