Paprika Carrot Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced carrots and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the paprika and stir to combine.
4. Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to combine.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm over your favorite pasta or rice. Enjoy!
