Parmesan Chicken with Kale

Ingredients:

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.

4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chicken.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.

6. Meanwhile, heat chicken broth in a large skillet over medium heat.

7. Add kale and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

8. Serve chicken with kale and enjoy!
