Pasta Carbonara
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of cream
- 1/4 cup of champs, diced
- 1/4 cup of lardons
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat. Add the paprika and stir to combine.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream.
4. When the pasta is done cooking, drain it and return it to the pot. Pour the tomato sauce over the pasta and stir to combine.
5. Add the egg and cream mixture to the pot and stir to combine.
6. Add the champs and lardons to the pot and stir to combine.
7. Serve the pasta carbonara warm. Enjoy!
