Pasta Carbonara
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, add the tomatoes and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the salt and pepper and stir to combine.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs.
6. When the pasta is finished cooking, drain it and add it to the skillet with the tomatoes and garlic.
7. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and stir to combine.
8. Add the cheese and stir until the cheese is melted and the egg is cooked.
9. Serve the pasta carbonara hot. Enjoy!
