Pasta with Anchovy Tomato Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons anchovies, chopped
- 1 large tomato, diced
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, anchovies, and tomato. Stir until well combined.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and stir until the pasta is evenly coated with the mayonnaise mixture.
4. Serve the pasta warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
