Pâtes au Fromage de Chevre et aux Lardons
Ingredients:
- 8 oz of pâtes
- 4 oz of lardons
- 4 oz of fromage de chevre
- 1 stalk of celeri, diced
- 2 tablespoons of crème fraiche
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the pâtes and cook according to package instructions.
3. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the lardons and cook until golden and crispy.
5. Add the celeri and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Drain the cooked pâtes and add them to the skillet.
7. Stir in the fromage de chevre and crème fraiche.
8. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9. Serve the pâtes warm and enjoy!
