Pawpaw Persimmon Apple Crumble
Ingredients:
- 2 pawpaws, peeled and diced
- 2 persimmons, peeled and diced
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup black walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the pawpaw, persimmon, and apples.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the black walnuts, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
4. Pour the oat mixture over the fruit and mix until evenly combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is tender.
7. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
