Recipe: Peach and Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients:
- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, blackberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the fruit evenly.
3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
5. Pour the melted butter into the flour mixture and stir until crumbly.
6. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the fruit in the baking dish.
7. Bake the cobbler in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
9. Serve the peach and blackberry cobbler warm, topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy!
