Peanut Butter and Jelly Pancake Toast

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of grape jelly
- 1/2 cup of pancake mix
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 tablespoons of syrup

Instructions:

1. Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.

2. Spread peanut butter and jelly onto the two slices of bread.

3. In a medium bowl, mix together the pancake mix, melted butter, and syrup until combined.

4. Dip the bread slices into the pancake batter and place onto the preheated griddle.

5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

6. Serve with additional syrup, if desired. Enjoy!
