Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup almond butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with 12 liners.

2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

3. Add the peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, olive oil, and milk and mix until combined.

4. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda and mix until just combined.

5. Fold in the chocolate chips and almond butter.

6. Divide the batter evenly among the 12 muffin liners.

7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

8. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
