Peanut Butter Banana Oat Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

-1 cup old-fashioned oats
-2 tablespoons peanut butter
-1 banana, mashed
-1/2 cup whole wheat flour
-2 eggs
-2 tablespoons protein powder

Instructions:

1. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, banana, whole wheat flour, eggs, and protein powder. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

3. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and spread it into a circle.

4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

5. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6. Repeat with remaining batter.

7. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
