Peanut Butter Banana Protein Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
-1 cup rolled oats
-1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
-1 banana, mashed
-1/4 cup whole wheat flour
-2 eggs
-2 tablespoons protein powder
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, banana, flour, eggs, and protein powder. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Drop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and cook until the edges are golden brown, about 2 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
4. Repeat with the remaining batter.
5. Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
