Peanut Butter Potato Fries

Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup corn

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.

3. Place the potato slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through.

5. In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter, salt, and corn.

6. Remove the potatoes from the oven and spread the peanut butter mixture over the fries.

7. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crispy.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!
