Penne Pasta with White Sauce
Ingredients:
-1 cup of penne pasta
-1 onion, diced
-1 capsicum, diced
-1 tablespoon of oregano
-1/2 cup of white sauce
-1 cheese slice, grated
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onion and capsicum and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened.
3. Add the oregano and white sauce and stir to combine. Simmer for a few minutes.
4. Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
5. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and cook for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
