Garlic Cheese Pasta

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.

3. In a separate pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat.

4. Add the garlic and onion and sauté for 2 minutes.

5. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.

6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add it to the pan with the eggs and vegetables.

7. Add the cheese and stir until melted.

8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

9. Serve hot. Enjoy!
